Thursday, March 25th Too Warm for Sap

The temperatures have been in the 60s all week, and it's hard to keep the sap cold enough while you're waiting to boil. Worse, some trees are just shutting down and not giving sap at all. Don tried keeping sap cold by shoveling snow on top of the tanks.
